A first half penalty from close season signing Alex Bradley was enough o give Walsall Wood a narrow victory over the Badgers at Silkmore Lane.
The Badgers created far more chances throughout the 90 minutes and only an excellent performance from Wood keeper, Kieran Boucher enabled the Step 4 side to leave Silkmore lane victorious.
Alex Curtis again used 22 players as he continues to build to the start of the NWCFL season on 29th July.
